Nutritional Counseling

Whether you’re in good health and want to stay that way, or dealing with general health issues that you hope to resolve, we’ll work together to achieve your goals. Health issues may include weight loss, hyper-tension, diabetes,

My goal is to educate and guide you towards optimal health in a common sense approach that is easy to implement and not impossible to stick to.

During your initial consultation, we will discuss your health concerns, medical history, your available lab tests, and three-day food log. We will go over life-style, eating habits, supplements and medications. I will then make initial recommendations about food/diet, and supplements and may give you additional questionnaires which provide more detailed information and help me pin point underlying issues.

Most insurance companies do not reimburse for nutrition consultations, so I do not accept insurance. Ask your insurance company what their policy is on this matter. Some companies will pay if you have a referral from a physician. You would then need to pay for the services, send the invoice to your insurance company, and be reimbursed by them directly. Certain health conditions may make you eligible for a special tax credit.
