SUGGESTED USAGE:
Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. For increased fiber levels use up to 24 capsules per day ( 6 capsules, 4 times daily).

WARNINGS:
When taken without adequate fluid, this product may swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing or when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present.
